Today’s family story features one-year-old Evelyn and her amazing family. Our first shoot took place in their home in Boston when Evelyn was ten days old. I especially love the photos at the end of this shoot; the white beaded fabric that Evelyn is wearing is her mom’s wedding dress!

Evelyn’s six-month shoot was originally scheduled to take place in Boston the weekend that the world shut down due to covid. I am so grateful that we were able to catch up on her photos in June when I started socially distanced shoots; they drove from Boston to meet me in Southport for this shoot. It was so fun to see how much Evelyn had grown; she went from a tiny newborn to the happiest baby with the best little smile!

This past fall, Evelyn’s one-year shoot happened to fall on Halloween, so we started the shoot with a few photos of her in her Rosie the Riveter costume:

Followed by fall family photos at the beautiful Elizabeth Park Conservancy in Connecticut.
