I look forward to putting together this blog post every year. It brings me such joy to look back on all of the photos I’ve taken throughout the year and to reflect on the memories captured! This year brought more new families than ever, and it was so much fun to get to know so many wonderful new people – as well as to photograph so many returning families whom I’ve gotten to know and adore over the years. This year also brought many new babies, and I loved getting to photograph so many sweet toddlers as they stepped into their new roles as big sisters and brothers. This year, I finally got to meet and photograph a few of my families’ grandparents and siblings who had been separated because of pandemic border closures; these moments were extra special, and I was honored and moved to capture them. I am so incredibly grateful to all of you who choose me to photograph your memories, and wish you all a happy and healthy holiday season and new year.
